James Pellem, born on June 11, 1987, in Huntsville, AL, is a multifaceted individual whose journey seamlessly blends professional success, family life, and a deep passion for sports. Graduating from S.R. Butler High School in 2005, James embarked on an academic and athletic journey that would shape his diverse career.

Early on, James demonstrated exceptional athletic prowess, playing varsity high school baseball from the 8th grade onward. This early exposure laid the foundation for his love of sports and competition. Following high school, he continued his education at Calhoun Community College, where he not only honed his academic skills but also expanded his network and interests.

In the professional realm, James has carved out a niche as a home health/hospice medical representative. His commitment to providing care and support extends beyond his professional role, reflecting his compassionate nature.

However, it is in the world of sports that James truly shines. Over the last five years, he has dedicated himself to coaching high-level travel softball and has also established himself as a sought-after hitting instructor. His coaching philosophy goes beyond the game, focusing on building well-rounded athletes who carry the values of teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship beyond the softball diamond.

James is not only a coach but also a family man. Married to his high school sweetheart, Lauren, for 17 years, their union has been blessed with two wonderful children, Taylor (16) and Kade (8). In addition to his family and career, James is an entrepreneur with a passion for sports. He owns and operates two businesses, Overtime Sports Hitting and Training Facility, where he also serves as a dedicated hitting instructor, and Level Up Sports Marketing. These ventures reflect his commitment to fostering athletic development and promoting sports within the community.

Beyond his busy schedule, James finds solace in his hobbies, which include collecting autographs and indulging in his love for softball.
